First of all, we were welcomed with a cup of tea. The reception area is great with some space to relax and there is a map which gives us details of nearest sightseeing places which we can visit if they aren’t included in our itinerary. All the amenities are included and we didn’t face any problem with regard to room service. Food is really very delicious here, similar to home food (tasty and healthy). There was a singer during dinner time from 7.30 pm who sang great Hindi Bollywood Songs. I think the food became more delicious by hearing his melodious voice. The main market is just 500 metres from the resort which makes us easier to do shopping and later go to the room by walk as the taxi rates are higher. Overall, there was no negative point in our experience in Summit Swiss Heritage Resort, Darjeeling.

We visited summit Swiss with my family and the stay was very comfortable the food provided at the time of breakfast and dinner was very delicious we have booked Deluxe view room and the view from the room was very beautiful and the staff here and their services was impeccable. And a special mention to Miss Awanisha.

I visited Darjeeling with my mother in the month of May. The stay at Summit Swiss Heritage and Spa was pleasant. Room was comfortable with all the basic amenities. The in house restaurant was good and all restaurant staffs were really kind and cordial. Special mention to the House keeping staff who ensured our room was clean when we went out for sightseeing. The hotel is at a distance from the Mall Road, for Senior Citizens, they might find it a bit difficult to walk, however cars are available for conveyance. I would also like to mention a lady with spectacles (my apologies) can't recall the name who was really kind and hospitable and allowed us check out at 12.30pm instead of 12noon as our train was scheduled for 7.45pm in the night from NJP. Awaneisha at the reception was also hospitable towards us. Thank you Summit Swiss Heritage Resort and Spa for a memorable trip. Regards Susweta Paul
